Preparation
What to Bring:
What to Bring
To ensure your comfort during the session, please bring the following:
A yoga mat or blanket to lie on.
A blanket to cover yourself (your body temperature may fluctuate).
A small pillow for your head.
Eyeshades to help you focus inward.
A bottle of water.
An open mind and heart.
Bring an Intention
In addition to the physical items, we encourage you to bring an intention to your breathwork session. An intention is a focused thought or idea that reflects what you hope to gain, release, or explore during the experience.
If you've never set an intention before, here’s a simple way to approach it:
Reflect: Take a few quiet moments before the session to think about what you need most in your life right now. Do you want to feel more peace, release stress, or gain clarity?
Keep It Simple: Your intention doesn’t have to be complicated. It can be as straightforward as “I want to feel calm” or “I am open to healing.”
Phrase It Positively: Try framing your intention in a positive way, focusing on what you want to welcome into your life rather than what you want to avoid. For example, instead of “I don’t want to feel anxious,” try “I welcome peace and ease.”
Be Open: Trust that whatever comes up during the session is exactly what you need, even if it’s different from what you expected.
Bringing an intention helps you anchor your experience and can make your breathwork journey even more meaningful.
If you’re unsure about your intention, don’t worry! We’ll guide you through setting one at the start of the session.
